BHRMC On-line-booking service has changed to HotDoc
Please be informed that starting from today BHRMC on-line booking service will be changing from "HealthEngine" to Hotdoc (https://www.hotdoc.com.au/) from 01st August 2024.
That means from today, you will have to book your on-line appointments via 'HotDoc' and it will not be available in 'Healthengine'.
If you want to go to BHRMC booking page of HotDoc on the web, use the url https://www.hotdoc.com.au/medical-centres/narre-warren-north-VIC-3804/belgrave-hallam-road-medical-centre1/doctors
If you want to use mobile app, install HotDoc application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Then follow the steps below:
- Open the HotDoc app on your mobile
- Press 'Find your practitioner"
- type 'bhrmc' in 'Service, practice, or practitioner' box or type '3804' in 'Suburb or postcode' box
- Select 'Belgrave Hallam Road Medical Centre'
- Press 'Book Appointment'

Registering for MyMedicare
MyMedicare patients will have an enhanced consistency in their care through their designated practice, ultimately leading to improved health outcomes. Additionally, residents of aged care facilities will experience increased frequency of visits by general practitioners and improved care planning. Patients who frequently require hospital services will also be better linked to suitable care within general practice.
Registering with Belgrave-Hallam Road Medical Centre will simplify the process of accessing tailored services that cater to your unique patient need.
How to Register:
Patients can register for MyMedicare from 1 October 2023.
Register by logging into your Medicare online services - Medicare Online Account via MyGov or through the ‘Express Plus Medicare’ mobile app.

Please be informed that none of our doctors precribe Canabis Oil Treatment. Therefore, please do not make appointments for this purpose.
NOTICE TO ALL PATIENTS
New patients are welcome. If you have any FLU like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, cold, running nose, or shortness of breath, please do not enter the clinic. Park your car in the car park, call the reception on 88424499 from your car and wait further instructions from reception or a doctor. All other patients can have face-to-face consultations. If you wish, you can have tele-health consultations as well. Please note that according to Medicare regulations, tele-health appointments are available to patients who have had at least one face-to-face consultation within last 12 months or isolating due to a state or territory public health order.
