Latest instructions For All Patients (2020-03-30)
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are experiencing in Victoria and as per the Australian government’s notice on social distancing for the safety of everyone including yourself, we have decided to implement and consult all our existing patrons and new patients (if any) via our Telehealth Services, primarily.
If you are sick, call our reception and make an appointment with your doctor. When your turn comes, the doctor will call you. If required, the doctor will advise you to go to WhatsApp.
If your condition requires face-to-face consultation, the reception will advise you how it is done. Is such cases, when you arrive at Medical Centre please call the reception by phone and remain in your vehicle until you will be called in. This will avoid you mixing with other patients.
If you have serious symptoms such as difficulty breathing, call 000 for urgent medical help.
We welcome Dr Rahmaa Alberazenchi to our clinic.
Dr Rahmaa is back with us and she can speak Arabic. If you are with her you should be happy since she will not leave us again.
